Launched at W Barcelona in 2013 to reinvigorate the cultural and social life of its public spaces, W Lounge is an energetic cocktail bar and club at the heart of the hotel, offering global connoisseurs and local trendsetters a place to mix and mingle over stylish drinks and pulsating music from the world’s hottest DJs.

Capturing the spirit of Barcelona, fin screens create a wave effect in the lounge and bar areas, cloaked in a palette of blue, turquoise, white and silver that echoes the meeting of the sky and the sea. In the VIP area sea urchin patterns and dark, moody coral colours evoke a nautical party feel, with Carnovsky graphics that transport guests through layers of colour, transitioning lighting from day to night.
